Yoga: Drop-in Classes

Are you interested in attending a Yoga class once or twice per week?

Do you have a busy work schedule with family commitments and other activities that you balance every day?

We have a variety of Drop-in Yoga classes to suit busy people! See our timetable below and select the class that works for your schedule. Blocks of classes purchased in advance are flexible within their expiry period, and you can book yourself into any classes that you'd like, as often as you care to attend.

We also have dedicated Beginners Courses if you prefer to learn Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in a smaller group of other beginners (rather than dropping into on-going Beginners classes with others who might be a bit more experienced).
