Beginners Courses

If you're brand new to Yoga, it is best to start with a dedicated Beginners Course. We structure our Beginners Courses based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, as it is composed of a set series of asanas which are learned gradually. The Sun Salutations and standing asanas (postures) are a wonderful introduction to Yoga practice that can be taught over a course of 6 or 8 weeks.  By popular demand, we are also now offering 6-week Improvers Courses, which build on the foundation learned in the Beginners Course, exploring the seated poses and finishing sequence in more depth.
